"If you are Mormon and don't like to work hard and want to do one thing for the rest of your life, you will fit in beautifully."

What don't you like about working at Huntsman Cancer Institute?

"Not enough to do. My responsibilities do not take advantage of my potential. The job is something that I can do, but it's not what I want to do forever. The job does not need critical thinking. My conservative co-workers will be the death of me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train people better. Be better at communication. Understand my employees' needs. Actually work."

"Being able to communicate my ideas with other team members without being ridiculed, coordination with consultants, coordinate meetings and presentation with project designer."

"Uhm, none; I think they got a pretty good idea of who is doing what and they expect you to do your job, trust is a very good thing."

What do you like about working at Huntsman Cancer Institute?

"I like the responsibilities, managing every single detail with the designer and consultant engineers, it was really enjoyable bumping into different types of issues. I needed to find the answers through sketches, mathematical solutions, and renderings, that's exactly what I studied for. I love it!"

"Prepare yourself for the interview, be honest, and if you are the right fit, they will hire you."

What don't you like about working at Huntsman Cancer Institute?

"Not being part of the big picture, I would it liked to be involve more with the client, tenant and other decision makers. I was stuck to the office SC, DD, CD work only, I wanted more responsibilities."

"Let your team get more involve, let them learn and practice directly with the upper management. Let them be the best a what they do."
