"I spent two summers working for the Hunting crescent club having to leave in September for college and then returning back. Overall I would say that my time there was pretty chaotic as they had fired the general manager, head chef, and two other managers leaving me without a direct supervisor for almost two weeks during what is considering the prime and busiest season. During that time I was able to stabilize the environment to still be able to perform and give complete services and took initiative to help transition and teach the new management. Technology at the club as been updated in the past couple of years to include a new point of sales and member billing systems which has made the employees' lives easier and more efficient as well as helping out the accounting department tremendously. Overall the country club just had a 20 million dollar renovation to both the clubhouse and golf course and new management seems to be operating very efficiently. Members are pleased with the changes to management and new facilities as well as are excited about this coming summer where there are plans to renovate the pool and tennis clubs."
