"I worked for the Irvine, CA office. I watched this company grow from 25 employees to a total of over 450 employees and expand from one office to four offices in Southern California. I had the opportunity of advancing my career to Senior Supervisor of the Hydrology and Hydraulic Department. I was able to use my talents and abilities as a problem solver. I had the opportunity to improve projects and use value added methods, not only to improve a project but make it more economical for the client."

"Managers depend on their subordinates. They need to gently train and direct the staff to understand what the company needs from them, and that the better they perform the better the company performs, and the more satisfied the clients are and the better chance of the client returning for their next project."
