"A few people that really cared about their job."

"You can make good money but be prepared to see a lot of people that don't want to do their job or people that actually may do work 3 or 4 hours out of 8 a day. Negative work atmosphere."

"A lot of people that take advantage of the government/system."

"They need to supervise what their employees are doing."

"With the recent down turn in the economy, even city government was unstable. I was laid off after working for over ten years."
