"They are slow to make decisions. As a contractor they would wait until the last minute to renew."

"The indecision of the management. Took a long time or waited until the last minute."

"Lighten up. The CEO was too serious. never smiled and at times was abusive to underlings"

"Upper management was changing and seemed to be a bit uninterested in assuring that the contract would be awarded."

"I understand this was Hughe's first major attempt at partnering with Boeing, but Boeing clearly was senior in that relationship. In hindsight, it was inevitable."

"It was a fun place to work. I had to be at work by 5 am every day. I liked waking up early and going to work. I worked 12 hours every day. At the Hughes Network System I got hands one experience in Information Technology"

"It was more like a warehouse environment. Although I enjoyed working there, I believe the management could use some kind of methodology to arrange the equipment so, it would look more like office environment than a warehouse."
