"Ditto on the comments from the other Project Manager. Not a people-oriented company, but rather a client-oriented company. Ideas from non-executive management are ignored even though these personnel have experience in the specific area."

"Back your people when clients' expectations result in employee burnout and frustration."

"No proper planning of resource utilization. It is not employee focused organization and no care would be taken of employees' career growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat the employees as colleagues but not as labor in a factory. Unworthy people are made as managers who don't even know the basics of people management. Most of the current employees I know are completely disappointed and frustrated with the way management leads the organization. Organization is already losing existing clients and employees are feeling a great insecurity. Recently there was a pay cut, which happened due to which everyone is looking for an outside opportunity."
