If you can do with having minimal support from your contractor agency, and the customer firm is fair or better to external/contract workers, you'll find their compensation and benefits match the work."

"Ditto on the comments from the other Project Manager. Not a people-oriented company, but rather a client-oriented company. Ideas from non-executive management are ignored even though these personnel have experience in the specific area."
