"HSBC is a friendly company to work for. They are willing to consider applications from non-traditional backgrounds and do not require much from their employees. As a result it would be a great fit for someone looking to simply have a steady paycheck. Pros: very difficult to get fired, low expectations of employees means it is easy to outperform. Cons: low pay, fragmented technology, few career opportunities."
