What do you like about working at HSBC?

"Global. Diverse workforce. Beautiful offices. Excellent community and ecological reputation."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask what FTE approval they have for the department. 6 weeks after joining them they restructured and I was given a new assignment, that happened on a regular basis the entire time I was on the team. Many clients were dissatisfied because their assigned support teams kept changing."

What don't you like about working at HSBC?

"Cliques. If you feel that high school was the best time of your life, this is probably an excellent place to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop playing favorites and spread the specialty projects to a wide cross-section of people, so you can find out who are your real geniuses."
