"I can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like about my career with HSBC. I took away many attributes I can use in my other endeavors."

"I would suggest to learn your team you have and discover how you can help each one individually grow and feel like they can do anything. Be creative in getting everyone to see they are all needed to obtain the task and goal given."

"I liked how your work was based on performance. In addition the base salary was large enough so you could survive an off month."

"I did not like how the current manager could control the leads that ultimately controlled my income. I was doing great with Jerad, but I believe my behavioral differences with Matt (based on a religious core set of values) caused him to favor other similiar people. So, ultimately Matt had the ability to force myself and others to not have sufficient sales to continue with our jobs. I feel that if Matt was not the manager, my employment and performance would be ongoing."

"Stated in the previous comment. But take control of lead distribution away from the manager, and provide all account executives identical"
