"I like the fact that they let me run my team like a company within a company"

"Must have strong phone skills, a ability to take 100 plus call a day"

What don't you like about working at HSBC?

"Upselling customers on every call. Let me explain, when a custome calls in regarding their account they are upsold. If that customer calls back in the same day they are upsold again. Recommended noting the date of last upsell to management"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Recommended noting account of last date of upsell. This procedure would have save a lot of talk time. Calls could be wraped sooner, and move on the the next call."
