"They have an excellent communication platform that keeps everyone informed and moving in the same direction. Management is very open and supportive of all employees."

"Their training program is so complex that you need to go through a training program just to be able to use it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time with person-to-person training and do not rely so heavily on the automated, computer based training modules. Look for balance between instructor led training and CBT."
