"Nothing, It was way too stressful and the company did not even want to hire me for the role I was in. They were forced to hire me by the parent company, and they made that clear from the beginning."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Avoid it if you can. They will use you until the get everything out of you they can, then they will run you out of town."

What don't you like about working at HSA Engineers & Scientists?

"Almost everything about this company was run shady from paying expenses, to who was offered shares, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a clue. You can not be one of the biggest firms in the region and not spend money to grow properly."
