"The owner of the company do not have true ethics or morality! There was no professionalism and they are in their 4th EEOC lawsuit."

"Do your research about the company just so that you know about them. However, don't be scared to interview. There's a lot of information on the internet regarding the company but OneUnited Bank remains strong."

What don't you like about working at OneUnited Bank?

"It's a small company and there is no opporutnity for growth. I wish they would focus more on celebrating their employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend some time showing appreciation to employees. Somehow make growth opportunities for employees who want to get promoted."

"I felt the performance coaching program was unfair. I didn't feel people were being treated fairly."
