"The owner of the company do not have true ethics or morality! There was no professionalism and they are in their 4th EEOC lawsuit."

"The executive managers must have integrity and compassion. True, Right Ethics!"

"I like what the bank stands for and support their mission statement."

"Do your research about the company just so that you know about them. However, don't be scared to interview. There's a lot of information on the internet regarding the company but OneUnited Bank remains strong."

"It's a small company and there is no opporutnity for growth. I wish they would focus more on celebrating their employees."

"Spend some time showing appreciation to employees. Somehow make growth opportunities for employees who want to get promoted."

"Working with the Union Representatives and the stuggle with supervisors not communicating with each other."

"They were going through a period of transition making it very difficult to focus on your work."

"Realize that working for an international company requires patience and a willingness to make concessions tot he betterment of the whole organization even though at the division level this may be difficult to grasp."

"It is a multinational organization based in Sweden, so it often takes a while to get approval for actions."

"Continue doing what you are doing, it is an excellent company to work for."

"There is no clear path on opportunities within the company."

"There has to be a clear road map for people starting in the field. It is somewhat disorganized and not compensated enough."

"This was my first exposure to HR. I was very appreciative of the opportunity. My supervisor was willing to teach me anything I wanted to know. I started my HR career here."

"I would suggest that they look for employment elsewhere or do research on the company and the current leadership."
What don't you like about working at Williams Furnace?
"I felt the performance coaching program was unfair. I didn't feel people were being treated fairly."

"Under the previous leadership, I wouldn't recommend this employer to them. I feel the CEO did not manage fairly and didn't treat people very well."

"Our office worked very well together and took pride in everything that we did."

"Meet with as many people as you can during the interview to can a clearer perspective of what is needed for the position."

"Often times we encountered resource limitations which caused issue with timeline commitments"

"Better communication from the senior leadership team the rest of the organization."

"The type of work I am exposed to every day. Not one day is the same and you have to be prepared for anything from a simple task as reports to safety violation or injury."

"Educate your self on the company. Speak to specific experiences that will set you apart from other candidates. Be able to provide examples of wins with in past or present jobs and also speak to failures and how you are able to overcome and learn from those experiences."
What don't you like about working at Ferro Corp.?
"There is a lot of improvement that can be made in the following areas; compensation, training and development, recruitment process, succession planning and employee communication."

"To empower their people, communicate consistancy, f and ollow up and follow through on action items."
