What do you like about working at ReminderMedia?
"The fact that the company is still growing really allows you to be able to make changes and effect the overall culture of the organization. Lots of events and fun activities, the company really shows how much they care about their employees being happy at work. Its a passionate work environment."

"This is a privately owned company that is still growing. There are opportunities for professional growth and the chance to really learn a lot if you work hard and try."
What don't you like about working at ReminderMedia?
"The hours are 9 - 6, so getting out at 5 would be better, but overall its not so bad. At least you miss rush hour on your way home."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep learning from your mistakes and improving. Things have changed a lot in the past few years for the better. Keep having employee events and activities."

"The way that some had tendencies to act before thinking. Tactfulness of some management."

"When you hire an individual that you saw potential in. Give that individual the room to learn. Train them the way you want to be trained. Setting up for failure should not be a course of action; it can become too costly."
