"The people are fine. Don't expect more that they offer in years going forward. Expect to do more than the job offer lists."

What don't you like about working at HP Enterprise Services?

"They expect more work for less or no money. When key people leave they do not fill the positions. My team consisted of 3 SAs and 2 desktop support techs and now I am the only support for a large account."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace positions that are important to account stability. Offer internal employees the same wages as someone being hired from the outside into a new position."
