"Being a contract employee leaves you with no rights as an employee."

"Management allowed sub-contracted companies that supported HP to haev to much control of the process. HP was ultimately responsible for the outcome of projects to Bank of America, but we controled very little of the process."

"Try to find the creative talent and try new projects that are not hindered by a large company beuracracy."

"Most of the time you didn't have the backup support to help you finish your work. Too much work created stress and there was no one around to help you deal with this."

"More supportive in down times. Don't expect miracle when you have one person doing the job of five."
