"Because of HP's growth through acquisitions has causes new approaches/ideas/directions that come from acquired companies, some good some bad. The larger size caused many changes during the integration of all new employees."

"Time of integration of employees and divisions is key and should be done quickly and communicated effectively."

"They are re-org. So everything has changed. Fort Collins is probably the best place to relocate to get a job with HP."

What don't you like about working at HP Software?

"The wishy washy management. My manager did not need me as an employee; he had me because he didn't want to do the work. The company busted him and they had to end the contract."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire people who can do the work. My manager did not know how to support the machines he was in charge of supporting. He is an electrical engineer by trade; move him to that and hire someone who knows support for support purposes."
