"I have worked for Houzz for the past 3 years and really enjoyed the culture of the company that they worked so hard to promote. I worked on a small 4 person team in the Billing Department and we worked hard to implement new strategies and ways to work more efficiently and build the company. I really enjoyed working there but am disappointed that the option to work remotely in my position was not allowed. I hope that they are able to move in this direction in the future."

"I have worked at Houzz for over a year as an Account Executive. They have a good culture and the CEO seems to care about the employees. Each team has about 10 sales people with a sales manager to lead each team allowing for good support. A nice perk is that each team is afforded a budget each quarter for group bonding activities, these can include a happy hour outing, escape room, etc."
