"This place is one of the most difficult in the industry to work for. They just don't understand business in the United States. They are teetering on staying in business and product consistency is terrible. They knowingly send bad product to customers with no understanding of the consequences."

"I find it very routine and consistent, but I also find that to be it's greatest flaw."

"The ink industry is changing, and this company is not changing fast enough to keep up."

"We've been downsized too much to be fully effective/efficient. There are some in the company that fight the correct procedures, but I have to correct the problems with the correct procedures are not followed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would provide more transparency to the organizational structure, as that is quite lacking right now."
