2.4 I've worked at HSHS for 6 years now in the Information Technology department. Having interacted with many people and groups both within and outside of IT, it seems consistent that your experience here will depend in who your boss is, and who their boss is. They aspire much, but often get caught up in the measurables instead of the substance. "Meeting culture" is rewarded; those who schedule meetings often seem to be viewed as better workers. Although I am not Catholic, I find the history and founding of HSHS fascinating. Even if you don't apply here, please look into the healthcare history of the Illinois and Wisconsin areas.
