"I hope you like airports, hotels and upper management who are lukewarm at best in understanding the automotive business. Get used to customer dissatisfaction and playing catch-up after new technologies launch."

What don't you like about working at Honeywell?

"I dislike the horrible work-life balance. It is too spread out and too much travel. The latest management moved to Europe and is in the process of ruining what so many people have worked their blood, sweat, and tears to build. In general, the management consistently bit off more than they were staffed to handle and were always caught playing catch-up. They don't understand the business at the highest levels, which exposes them in the long-term."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep your eye on the longer term and stop hacking away solid talent that takes so much effort to replace."
