"Only accept an hourly position. There is poor treatment for lower management."

"I disliked everything when I went into management. They treat older workers very badly in management. They keep adding more and more duties until it is no longer possible to be successful. They run off the old and replace with new."

"Promote from within the company. Hire people with knowledge about process."
