"I have worked at Honeywell Intelligrated for almost 4 years. The company serves as a great starter opportunity out of college. They train their new hires on their standard design practices and if I ever had any questions, there was always someone who would be able to point me in the right direction."

"I started working at Intelligrated in 2017. I initially started working in the Product Design Group. I then transferred to the Project side of the business that focus more on system design and how it relates to the company’s external customers instead of internal customers. Intelligrated was acquired through acquisition by Honeywell and is now listed as a Honeywell company traded on the public market. I would like to say that prior to the acquisition implementation Intelligrated had more on a small business feel, but once Honeywell began to change things the business had some unforeseen repercussions due to the acquisition. Overall the company is a good place to work, I would recommend that the company should focus more on a work life balance, better employee retention, and employee compensation / satisfaction. I would also recommend the the company as a whole revisit its policy on furloughs and punishing the workers every time a bad quarter is projected and the investors and board aren’t going to hit their bottom line. I believe the company has great potential succeed but also great potential to fail given the dire situation they are in."

"Management doesn't understand the business we are in. They put financial goals above customer satisfaction and repeat business. Arguing over payment terms for months does nothing but irritate customers and drive them away. You need to get a grip on the company you bought and why you were attracted to it to begin with. When something isn't broken, don't try to fix it."

Although well known and high quality products, the corporate world is what you would expect of a large company. It's easy to feel like a number."
