"I would prefer to be full time."

"They are great to me. I've never had any problems working with them."

"I knew exactly what was expected of me and as a result, I performed in the top 3 %."

"This is a very structured environment and requires accuracy and follow up. You will be expected to perform. It's a good thing if you like to work hard."

"Some managers do not seem qualified, changes take place swiftly and without warning."

"I love what I do, I love the benefits and the many opportunities the company has to offer, I also love the Bank of America spirit."

"I feel like I have so much more to offer other than being a processor, however, this is a position that is hard to move out of."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe that the managers should pay more attention to what their associates are wanting out of their career with Bank of America. That will help us feel more comfortable in searching for new opportunities within the company. It will also help to boost the confidence in knowing that you have a chance in experiencing what the Bank has to offer!"

"If you REALLY need the money, then go for it. Otherwise there are other companies out there who are VERY good with pay & helping balance work/personal life."
What don't you like about working at Countrywide Home Loans?
"EXTREMELY LONG HOURS & not getting paid enough to work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For the amount of hours that people work, they should definitely get paid more. We are giving up time that we could be spending with our children, & we don't get paid enough."

"Put your best foot forward and take what you learn to another company when given the opportunity."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"If you work at Bank of America it is a necessity to work extensive amounts of overtime. It is not mandatory but you absolutely have to work it in order to keep up with your normal workflow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be leaders, not dictators, and to take diversity training. Bank of America employs a large number of Hispanics and it is visibly obvious that the Hispanics are more likely to be advanced in positions at Bank of America Operations in Brea, CA."
