What do you like about working at AIG?
"Nothing."
What don't you like about working at AIG?
"AIG is the cheapest insurance company out there when it comes to salary. Managers choose their favorites and if you are not one of them, you will be there for years before even the possibility of a promotion, while the favorites who started after you are already managers, VP's, etc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Quit choosing favorites and promote people based on seniority and/or qualifications."
What do you like about working at AIG?
"Travel and working with people. I enjoyed helping the insured understand the complexities of environmental remediation."
What don't you like about working at AIG?
"Too many procedures and bureaucratic rules and management layers to get things done for the insured."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the people who know do their jobs to help the insured and AIG."
