What do you like about working at Home Depot?

"I loved my job. I got sick and was harassed by my supervisor on a daily basis. I contacted corporate HR and got the same harassment."

What don't you like about working at Home Depot?

"I thought there were terrific career opportunities at Home Depot Supply when lots of promises were made by my supervisor. Then I learned that he was using the same tactics on multiple trainers to get us to do more for less. The promises were never fulfilled."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Somehow, management needs to start listening to employees about supervisor abuse of employees, and get to the bottom of why certain individuals with little or no actual field experience are being promoted to positions they are not capable of handling."
