"Working at The Home Depot daily is fun, and there is always a smile with my coworkers. Having the opportunity to help people with their problems every day and to achieve those goals sent to me by our customers is bliss in itself."

"Have a cheerful attitude always and seek out the job with aggression, Call and say, When is my interview Talk with the ASM or SM."

What don't you like about working at Home Depot?

"I dislike the career advancement, and I have just a strong goal in myself to want more to achieve and set goals that are more than THD can give."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management could look at advancing their people more to have that growth there for them, to not only send them to classes but tell and promote the management to have a cheerful atmosphere to want to help those seeking more in their career field, for if they seek more and that is accomplished, then by them doing this, current management should see this as their stepping stone as well for promoting, and water that stone, so the plants can push them up and all can see this was accomplished by their knowledge being not hidden, but shared, and thus THD could expand and wala, there is more."
