"Management is looking for folks that are willing to dedicate their entire lives to the company and work 60+ hours a week - this is expected. If you really need the money bad enough, I guess. For me it's more about quality of life than $$$."

"I dislike offshoring to the max. Integrity didn't seem to be valued. The unscrupulous advance, while those with integrity do not."
