Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Look into other retailers before you interview with this company, because Home Depot is not a good company. They pay well but they treat you badly, and their associate recognition is terrible!!"
What don't you like about working at Home Depot?
"It is a VERY, VERY unorganized company!! Every month they switch directives. There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians, and if you are not a friend to someone or a favorite of someone higher up, getting promoted is very difficult. The associates are treated very poorly by most members of management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat people fairly, and stick to one directive before switching to another so quickly, which for Home Depot is usually millions of dollars wasted consistently!! That takes away form jobs and technology."
