"Have more discussions with employees about issues related to customer care and employee retention. Go back to performance incentives that are truly meaningful. The bottom line is always there, but good people will come and go if not taken care of."

"If you are looking for a career, this place will give it to you. Just like any other place, you will get out of it what you put in. Always be honest and take this job/career seriously."

"I dislike that my ideas were not always listened to until upper management's idea imploded or did not show well. I think that egos can bring places down faster than they can be built."

"With as many good people as are in the market for a job/career, please choose candidates that fit the profile, and do not just add bodies."
