"I love that I have been doing physical therapy with my patient and I can see her progress and know that I have helped (and continue to help) in her recovery process. The downside is the client/employee/friend line can become blurred/ Tasks that someone should be compensated for as an employee are often treated as favors a friend would do although I consider them time that should be counted as work."
