"Out of my 20 years of marketing and sales, I can truly say that this is the WORST company that I have ever worked for in my professional career. I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE seeking employment! You will work a minimum 9-12 hour day shift (if you are lucky) or longer, demanded to work 6-7 days a week with no compensation, and belittled and micromanaged daily by upper and middle managers (especially regional sales director). Residents are NOT treated with the respect they deserve, especially when their rent is raised routinely with nothing to show for it. Facilities are NOT kept up to code. We had two fires in our kitchen and the fire drill is a JOKE, one day someone is going to die because a fire will break out at night and these poor residents will have no means to escape and with NO help because there is NO security or management on premise! SCARY! When you mention the poor work ethic of other employees or the faulty conditions of the facility, you are told by regional sales director to lie and just sell the place. I had my Regional Sales Director tell me, and I quote: “I used to work for a skilled nursing facility that had maggots coming out of people’s wounds and I STILL sold the place, so this should be easy for you.” Wish I was making this up but unfortunately that is the scary truth! They will tell you to do anything to make the sale, even promise and lie to the resident - tell them it is the last apartment available, when you have 7 others just like it. I even had corporate tell me to offer a hospital social worker $650 “incentive’ to refer to us - which is is not only unethical, but EXTREMELY illegal! When I told them no, and that I would not abide by these tactics, I was told that I was not a team player. I have morals and my integrity is everything to me. My best decision ever was when I told them that I quit and walked off the job without notice - something I have NEVER done in my 20 career. Simply put - RUN AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!!!!"
