"In the early years, this was a dream job. Communication, collaboration, atmosphere was friendly and lively with little hierarchy. In later years CEO was MIA and hierarchy was developed internally, locking out access to CEO. The office became dismal and forgotten, and daily work involved a queue of tickets passed down from above with no input/thoughts/discussion."
