While the technology that they use happens to be on the cutting edge, the management that drives the technology is not very technical. I've had over 14 management changes (direct supervisor/manager) and have had to work through multiple scenarios where I did not have the tools in order to do my job which resulted in procuring the tools to do the job. In the end the job has prepared me for the future."
