"It's not downtown and as of right now the pay is really not working for me."

"Be prepared for long shifts and overnights."

"Compensate your employees for their time and hard work."

"The only thing that I didn't like was that the assignment ended much too soon."

"To hire more contract recruiters to open your new stores."

"If your focus is in store managment it is a great place to work. If you are interested in HR then there are opportunities for improvement."

"I was able to frequenlty meet with and advise Designers and corporate marketing on what was going to sell in certain markets according to geograohic and economic areas as well as competition. I lived in Norway for 3 months to learn company culture and pass it on to sales managers etc."

"Research company, ask alot of questions and how long it would take to reasonably move up in the company ( and/or relocate)"

What don't you like about working at H&M?

"Too many bosses ruined the stores."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be fair to alll employees. Keep Managers at bay and establish strategic boundaries and guidlines to ensure success of all store managers and employees alike. Dont fire - just retrain and invest in all employees ( except those who steal)"

"The primary Business of H.M. Thames Nuthouse is food service. I was hired to do Maintenance and Construction, but was shifted into doing food service work. I don't have experience in food service nor do I enjoy food service work."

"Hire employees that like to do food service work."
