What do you like about working at Hiscall?

"The people. There are some good people at Hiscall but they ate fast leaving due to layoffs."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look elsewhere for employment. Try to avoid this company. The owner is not truthful. He hides behind religion"

What don't you like about working at Hiscall?

"The owner is bipolar. He doesn't trust anyone. He records conversations and talks about people particularily after they leave the company. He cant be trusted with confidential information."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Speak out against the owner. They are all too afraid"

"If there is anything to like about Hiscall it would be the customers that you work with and some of your fellow employees."

"If there is another company to consider then do so."

What don't you like about working at Hiscall?

"I have never worked for a company that loves to tear down the confidence that you may have in yourself when coming onboard. If you aren't part of the Luffman click then you do not stand a chance of succeeding at what you do. They like to stir the pot and point fingers at other people. They record your conversations and most offices are bugged. They listen to what is said and then try to use it against you or try to get you to turn on fellow employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the wife and daughter. They stir trouble and then want to pass the blame. From what I have been told by every employee there it was a better place to work before they came onboard."

"Go somewhere else if you have any other options."

What don't you like about working at Hiscall?

"Uses religion and and supposed religious beliefs to manipulate employees and customers. The golden rule only applies when it benefits the owner and his family.The company is carrying employees who are detrimental to the company as management employees simply because they are family members. Job security is completely dependent on how the owner/co owner (wife) happens to feel about you that week. Unpredictable personality swings at the top frequently throw the companies management off base. You can expect internal policy course changes every 60 - 90 days, regardless of progress."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Exclusive of the family, for the rest of you,you know how it is and there is nothing you can do about it, much less say anything. I'm sorry."

"Most of the techs there were great to work with!"

"Stay on the wife's good side or stay under the radar completely..."

What don't you like about working at Hiscall?

"The owner is bi-polar, his wife is the actual authority at the place and they treat the office like a daycare for the spoiled kids and grandkids."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get the wife and the lazy daughter out of it and let Steve run the place"
