What do you like about working at HireRight?

"I enjoyed assisting the Team Leads and the Supervisor in developing and promoting a positive work environment, as morale was very poor."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably will not happen."

What don't you like about working at HireRight?

"Lack of training offered to the staff. Turnover was extremely high and no one bothered to consider what the crux of the problem was. Job candidates were lead to false promises. Senior management was very disengaged from the operations area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more engaged in the operations area. Eliminate favoritism, unethical practices."

"New management came in and took over."

"I worked on a couple of projects where I met a lot of people from different departments and skill background. Bringing them together to solve a problem was rewarding."

"Make sure you are clear about what you expect from the position."

What don't you like about working at HireRight?

"I was hired as an Internal Auditor, but the department was not established and there was no Audit Manager for 3 months. So, I worked on other projects until they hired a manager. At that point, the manager focused on financial audits. My skill set is operational audits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire the manager and then the employees."
