What don't you like about working at HireRight?
"Management was clueless. Outsourced agents couldn't do half of the work which left customers frustrated and the rest of us to pick up the slack. Customer Service is not a priority no matter what they tell you. Your quality scores are based on other departments work and not the work you do yourself, so if they screw up, it reflects on you. Poor training, unclear/undocumented policies and no one stop place to get answers left CSR's scrambling to find or make up answers. The company can't keep to its own time-frame for resolving issues."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Someone needs to take a real look at the service that is being offered to customers and what is actually being provided. Real training needs to be provided. A Lead team on the customer service floor with one general extension would greatly benefit the employees. Management needs to actually be innovative."

What don't you like about working at HireRight?
"Laid off after hitting numbers and closing my largest deal ever. They have been very reticent to fairly compensate me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a clue. There is no real innovation at this company. Management is not forward thinking and will not risk experimentations that could improve processes because they are mostly lazy."
