Hiram College Employee

"Hiram College is a good place to work for professors. My experiences with other faculty members has always been positive. Their financial situation isn't the best, but they are making strides to improve that, and conditions are reasonably good taking the monetary limitations into account. The school does seem to be more run by the administration than the faculty compared with other small schools I've worked at, though."
