"I’ve worked for Hinshaw for over 10 years. The company has gone through many changes over the years and continues to change. Management should have better communication with the staff, but most people mean well."
"I worked for the firm about a year or so as a legal secretary. Some of the attorneys were super nice, others no so. Management is poor. If you are not part of the "click" you might as well pack up and leave. Very good health benefits. No yearly bonus, so no incentive to work harder. Pay raises are across the board, not based on merit. Management not supportive of the support staff. High turnover of associates leaving."

"Would have hired support for the secretaries, for example, file clerks, floaters to fill in when secretaries were on vacation, yearly bonuses. They had a no bonus policy."
