"I've worked for hibu for a little over a year and specialize in digital technology. Google partners since 2006. Solutions provided offer great results. The company is a multinational, providing strong SEM national and international solutions. Up-to-date digital technology training."
"Churn and burn sales force. While there, I was told the Seattle area has not hit quota since before 2005. Otherwise, they take great care of their employees. Good pay, great benefits."
"If you have a passion to hunt hunt and hunt more new business, this is a great company and a great position."
"Well paid and taken care of as an employee and a person. This job was more reliant on self responsibility than working with the main branch of the company, making most of the feedback from clients on myself, but assistance from the main branch came swiftly and the job was very rewarding."
"The company is trying to recover from a major downturn in the phone book industry. People are constantly being laid off and work load and anxiety is high. It's a big risk but if you start working here now who know's you might just get in on a company that's about to go under or be on the verge of completely turning things around."
"I have worked with Hibu, formerly Yellowbook, since 2007. They have been an amazing company to work for with unlimited earning potential. It is a challenging job but worth the effort. The company has always been ready to make changes needed to compete in today's marketing arena. They try new things and are not afraid to pull what doesn't work. The training is unmatched and the management support is spot on."
"It is a good company to learn about the industry, but they do not practice what they preach. They don't follow the guidelines to be a ethical google, facebook and bing partner. They teach sales people to say things to the customer to make a purchase without any intentions of living up to their side of the bargain. Take a look at their reviews online and you will see many unhappy customers who feel like they were lied to. There is a breakdown between what is sold and their fulfillment department. They are abusive to their customers and their sales people. They are more concerned with getting new customers then keeping existing customers. It is impossible to sell what you do not believe in. I wish they would make it easier for their salespeople by living up to their end of the bargain. The fulfillment of the product or service. I have no advice to management because they are complicit when it comes to their products and services. Could they improve their product? Yes. Will they? No."
