"It is a good company to learn about the industry, but they do not practice what they preach. They don't follow the guidelines to be a ethical google, facebook and bing partner. They teach sales people to say things to the customer to make a purchase without any intentions of living up to their side of the bargain. Take a look at their reviews online and you will see many unhappy customers who feel like they were lied to. There is a breakdown between what is sold and their fulfillment department. They are abusive to their customers and their sales people. They are more concerned with getting new customers then keeping existing customers. It is impossible to sell what you do not believe in. I wish they would make it easier for their salespeople by living up to their end of the bargain. The fulfillment of the product or service. I have no advice to management because they are complicit when it comes to their products and services. Could they improve their product? Yes. Will they? No."

"I have worked with Hibu, formerly Yellowbook, since 2007. They have been an amazing company to work for with unlimited earning potential. It is a challenging job but worth the effort. The company has always been ready to make changes needed to compete in today's marketing arena. They try new things and are not afraid to pull what doesn't work. The training is unmatched and the management support is spot on."

"The company is trying to recover from a major downturn in the phone book industry. People are constantly being laid off and work load and anxiety is high. It's a big risk but if you start working here now who know's you might just get in on a company that's about to go under or be on the verge of completely turning things around."

"Well paid and taken care of as an employee and a person. This job was more reliant on self responsibility than working with the main branch of the company, making most of the feedback from clients on myself, but assistance from the main branch came swiftly and the job was very rewarding."

"Our manager decided to have meetings on Google Hangout on our iPads, this is basically face time as a group on your iPad. This was done to make sure we were paying attention to this daily meetings. While setting everything up on hangout, he told the two African American employees to "Open their eyes" and "Smile" "so that I can see you". When someone said that they could not believe he said that, he just laughed. Very racist manager. HR was notified and nothing was done and no apologies were made."

"The pay is amazing, the hours are great too. However line of management is very weak, you get told to do something and then yelled at for doing it. My department is the worst department as we handle all the angry people, it wears on you. It is time for a change."

"It could had been better, micromanagement was the big problem, and the top executives didn't know what digital was all about and they were heading that direction, print directories were on the decline and though digital was going to be managed as printing material, a lot of postcard campaigns instead of digital campaigns. Acquisition of companies were bad planned ZNODE specially."

"Didn't work here long enough to even get a good understanding of what this company is about, but I'm sure they won't be around for much longer."

"I worked for Hibu for 2 months before being laid off. The company recently switched from print to web and they are unsure of how to best manage this transition. Not a stable working environment."
