"The first week into the job, I realized they had no real process or standards in place. One or two people had everything in their heads and not documented. There are some great people and most of them bust their backsides, but it appears that management has no clue what is going on. After doing a 14 hour day, HR would come along and want us to wear something silly for "team building". We were in no mood. I worked on some great projects, and I learned a lot -- mainly on my own and not due to anything the company offered. I was promised training, and when I asked for it I was turned down."
