"The pay at HPE was good for a summer intern. It wasn't enough to cover all living expenses in the area though. While working for HPE the hourly pay was adjusted based on where I lived. I was paid more when I lived in California compared to when I lived in Houston."

"I felt longevity with HPe does not pay much importance. if you have a good relationship with the manager your life will be a cakewalk, even if you don't contribute much. You will enjoy all kinds of hikes, bonuses, and promotions if you are having good relation with a manager. Others who actively contribute will get very little recognition.
Getting recognized by reporting manager is zero. But when you do extremely good work and that was recognized by client or external teams then the manager will recognize your efforts, else it's hard to get recognized."

"The salary was quite a bit more than others in the industry. The reason behind this was my position was a level 3 support position, one step below engineering/development."
