Change is inevitable with this company but if you are flexible and build an internal network- there's no telling where you can end up. The direction of the company is heading towards the ability to be industry leading in a new space. "HPE was a very difficult company to move up in. It reveled in politics and false hope instead of helping employees feel empowered and the ability to move up in the company. It provides a false sense of family and no understanding of your life outside of work. If you need a job to pay the bills, then sure; but if you want a career you will be happy in, stay away from HPE."
