"Raises are bad or none. CEO and operations VP are incompetent and mean people with poor language. They hate being nice. Has a bad customer service reputation and it's true. Training was about zero. Morale was poor and they do little to support growth."

"Hours are generally 9-5 and I do not have to work a lot of OT."

"Move on to another organization that cares about staff and actual is an ORGANIZATION vs. a fun house for the top staff."

What don't you like about working at HEW Federal Credit Union?

"Little is offered to staff as far as fun events or growth opportunities. Community evolvement is very poor. Pay is average and bonuses and raises are very small to none. Benefits are very poor with employee paying a very cost of health coverage rate. Senior staff does not seem to like to interact with anyone much less employees even at organizational run events such as the Christmas party, they carry themselves like they are better then anyone."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retire before you bring the organization to its knees or just resign and save some face; its much uglier than you can imagine."
