"the company is in very bad shape, and has been mismanaged for years now. We have lost alot of business, due to poor decisions from top level management, who doesn't know our business and has created a toxic work environment. There is no communication in the company, and there is absolutely no support whatsoever, hence the dire situation our company is in."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management's role is too help make sales succesful and do whatever it takes to create a healthy team environment, which has not occurred at all. The reputation at HPS has been badly tarnished, and what used to be revered as a great place to work is now looked upon as an unhealthy company, which will not survive this year due to the eroding sales at HPS."

"The third party Receivership who were assigned by the State of Florida to protect the assets of the company. They were outstanding to work with everyday. Very generous employers."
What don't you like about working at Hess?
"The previous operation that mislead the public, and the staff was extremely unprofessional. Too many bed fellows with no experience or understanding of what they were there for."
