"Recognize and appreciate the people that contribute and perform and hit their numbers"

"Glass ceiling. Through restructures, the number of management positions and thus opportunity for growth decreased dramatically over the past 10 years"

"Create more management positions. The company has lost a lot of talent due to no opportunities for growth."

"The name of the company means a lot. The growth oortunities seem to be something."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes. Since there is not description of the job to be performed by each worker, you become responsible for what you can do. Try to share activities with others and with other departments, otherwise you will be overwhelmed with a lot of activities and will never be rewarded for them and furthermore you will be guilty for the problems and mistakes caused by other employees who do not take the responsability of their own tasks."

What don't you like about working at Hershey's?

"The facilities are very weak. The design as a new company left behind a lot of instalation and design mistakes. The overhead was formed by people without experience within a lack of knowledge."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management level must incorporate into the processes. There is a missing leadership in the managerial activity /The managers behave as clients, not as leaders).. The company is undertaking a lot of accidents in the manufacturing process and they can not correct this condition. (For example as many other suggestions)."

"Loved going to work everyday especially the break room because it always had hershey kisses available"

"Have a clean record and appearance to ensure the best success."

"The requirement to be on call on some weeks for a whole week."

"I have no suggestions as they are a well oiled machine."
