What do you like about working at Hermès?
"You learn a lot and everyone somehow overlaps in everyone else's department so you get to learn some of what they do too. The staff is great and I love the exposure to European culture."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be professional and be genuine. Management (specifically refering to my boss) reads people very well and they appreciate honesty."
What don't you like about working at Hermès?
"they did many lay offs during the recent recession so now that staff is scarce, there is no chance for upward mobility because they need me to stay doing what I do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communicate better, don't spread staff so thin"
